Summer may be coming to an end, but festival season is still very much alive and thriving in Melbourne.
On March 29, Moonee Valley City Council will be holding a free Twilight Concert at Essendon’s Lincoln Park, closing out their massive summer festival season.

1. Massive musical acts
This year, Australian electronic group Sneaky Sound System are headlining the event, bringing their massive hits like UFO and Pictures to Lincoln Park. Their 2006 debut album is now a 3x platinum smash-hit, with their breakthrough single I Love It still a beloved dance-floor favourite,
Currently lead by vocalist Connie Mitchell and songwriter/producer/musician Angus McDonald, the duo continue to make powerful dance tracks and have toured with some massive artists over the years including Lady Gaga, Robbie Williams and Snoop Dogg.
Connie Mitchell also appeared on The Voice, where she mentored Seal’s artists during the live shows. Certainly no strangers to large venues and massive festivals, this is your chance to catch them in a more intimate setting!
Other acts on the night include Callum Padgham, AKA DJ Be Kind To Other People, a seasoned touring musician, comedian and DJ, and local act Mister Co., a husband singer-songwriter duo with soulful melodies. Whether you love a bit of dance music or you enjoy a more chilled vibe, there’ll be a little something for everyone and all set against the backdrop of a gorgeous open-air setting.
