A brand-new addition for 2026 is the Frankston Street Art Studio, a pop-up gallery and live creation space housed inside Bayside Shopping Centre. Running from 19 to 22 March (10am–4pm), the indoor venue hosts artists including Akuze, Chico Leong, Chuck Mayfield, Manda Lane, Neryl Walker, Silence, Sins Oner, Steve Leadbeater and Tayla Broekman as they produce murals, graffiti lettering and paste-ups in front of the public.
Frankston’s guided street art tours have claimed gold at the Australian Street Art Awards for three consecutive years, making it the first destination ever inducted into the awards’ Hall of Fame. The free walks return from 20 to 22 March, offering visitors a deeper look at the stories and symbolism behind the city’s ever-expanding mural collection.
The People’s Choice Award is also back for 2026, giving the community a vote on their favourite new artwork. Last year’s winner Arina Apostolova returns as a featured mural artist this time around. Meanwhile, Jack Rowland presents a solo exhibition, Hyper State, at Cube 37 on Davey Street throughout the festival.
Free street art workshops round out the program on 21 March at the Frankston Library forecourt, with sessions at 1pm and 4pm for ages 12 and over. Pre-registration is required.
