After a special house-warming party last night with friends, family and other special guests, Fonda Hawthorn is open today for its first day of trading. Executive Chef Gery Lopez has also launched their new summer menu, which includes new taco flavours such as Guajillo chilli pork, portabello and shitake and of course, their famous fish tacos.
