Fleet Foxes unveil exclusive Melbourne show

In December and January, Fleet Foxes will return to Australia in support of their third studio album Crack-Up. The Australian tour adds a show in Melbourne in addition to the band’s upcoming appearances at Falls Festival in Lorne, Marion Bay, Byron Bay and Fremantle.

The Melbourne show on Wednesday January 3 at Palais Theatre is the only sideshow announced as of yet. Don’t miss out on your chance to see this indie-folk band perform in January. Fleet Foxes’ album Crack-Up was written by Robin Pecknold and produced by Pecknold and band member Skyler Skjelset. Released in June 2017, Crack-Up despite being the band’s first release in six years, it follows the success of Fleet Foxes previous records. The lead single Third of May / Ōdaigahara received critical acclaim with critics welcoming Fleet Foxes return.

Previous albums earnt the musicians an UNCUT Music Award Prize as well as a Grammy nomination and a Top 10 spot on the Australian, UK and US charts. The band most recently performed in Australia at Sydney Opera House’s Vivid Live 2017.
