Cookin’ Up Community. Over two nights, explore a collaboration of food, music and stories. On Tuesday July 4 at Collingwood Community Kitchen, Neda Rahmani’s Persian and Mauritian roots combine with Ethiopian cuisine. On Wednesday July 5 at Fitzroy Community Food Kitchen, Chilean theatre director Jaime Wilson-Ramirez and Colombian singer/songwriter Oscar Jimenez will cook up stories, songs and snacks. Both nights start at 7pm, entry is $10 or $15 for concessions.
Osono: Our Culture. Osono is an exciting new work which sees a dynamic fusion of Aboriginal and West African dance, movement, rhythm and vocals.
