Prince’s very own DJ Rashida broke the news on Monday that Prince would be performing at Bennett’s Lane when an hour beforehand she tweeted:
“This just in .. Prince on stage @ bennetts lane jazz club <Melbourne 2nite! 200$ @ door *secret show* just starting .. <3”
Then, just before taking to the stage tonight for their final scheduled performance of the Australian tour she dropped:
“Shows about 2 start.I hope u r here b/c Prince & the NPG r leaving it all on this stage 2nite..We will b celebrating after @Hi-FI 🙂 join us”
An ominous hint that there will be an after party at The Hi-Fi tonight? We think so.
