Reporting to the Board and managing an enthusiastic team of employees, contractors and volunteers, you will ensure success, growth, innovation and sustainability for this empowering community arts organisation. You will drive revenue growth through sponsorship, government funding, membership, fundraising, community support and relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities include developing budgets, overseeing the accounting function, reporting and overseeing inspirational circus training and events. In addition you will be responsible for Board reporting, Governance and Strategic Planning.
Proven management experience and ability to drive change, innovation and growth is essential, along with business acumen, financial nous and strategic thinking, plus sound understanding of board governance. Your ability to build solid partnerships and relationships with diverse stakeholders and members of the women’s circus is vital to your success. Credentials in business or accounting are required with a background in not-for-profit, arts or community sectors.
