Sir Elton John will perform a special outdoor concert in reaction to the overwhelming demand for his already-announced tour dates.
“The demand was too great to ignore. The response when we went on sale was over the top – Elton’s shows sold out in minutes,”said the tour’s promoter Michael Chugg.
John has previously played A Day on the Green in 2015, with the event going down in history as a major highlight for those who were lucky enough to witness it.
“We have presented so many great shows in the Yarra Valley over the last 15 years and being able to secure Sir Elton is a real highlight,” said Chugg. “He is an iconic artist with a career spanning decades and so many special songs. It’s going to be an incredible night.”
Elton John will perform with special guests Busby Marou and Chris Watts.
