The rising RnB pop sensation was propelled to great heights after being discovered on Soundcloud in 2015 and signed by American producer Mustard. Her debut single, Boo’d Up, went viral months after its release and helped her break through to a worldwide audience.
She’s since collaborated with hip hop and RnB legends including Ty Dolla Sign, Usher, Meek Mill, John Legend and Chris Brown and toured in support of global superstars Kelani and Bruno Mars.
In 2018, Ella Mai released her debut self-titled album to much acclaim, which helped her land two Grammy nominations and a Billboard Music Award for 2019’s Top R&B Song for Boo’d Up.
Since hitting her stride, she’s released a second studio album, Heart On My Sleeve, featuring singles including Not Another Love Song and Leave You Alone. She has kept herself busy on a whirlwind North American tour, running from March 19 until June 1.
Her show at St Kilda’s Palais Theatre will be her first-ever performance in Melbourne. Tickets for the event will go on sale on April 18 at 12 pm.
