Bird and Adams (Matthew Bird and Phillip Adams), Louise Forthun, Stephen Banham, James Voller, Kathy Temin, Amanda Morgan, Martine Corompt and emerging artist Tom Vincent will work with this year’s public art project. Now in its third year, the winners were chosen from more than 145 proposals sent in from across the state.
