Run by Jimmy Hurlston of Jimmy’s Burgers, Easey’s is the latest burger bar to hit the Melbourne diner scene. Offering something a little different to the norm, the restaurant is in a train carriage on top of a custom designed, five storey high building.
Serving starts early, with a breakfast menu that features Frosties crusted fried chicken and deep fried pop tarts, with everything from burgers – see the Easey Cheesey – to dim sims available throughout the day.
