After much hype and speculation, Download Festival Australia has launched its website – seeming to suggest that things will kick off in Melbourne next year.
“We’re coming for you Melborne,” reads the website. But to be fair, Melbourne is misspelt.
Download Festival is one of the largest heavy music events in the world, and is tipped to have some absolutely huge headliners making their way to Australia for the event. In 2017, the UK edition was helmed by Rammstein, Black Sabbath, Korn and Iron Maiden.
Safe to say, we’re pretty keen.
