Abbotsford’s Little Big Sugar Salt cafe is now offering a discounted price on the classic smashed av dish, aptly titled ‘The Retirement Plan’.
Coming in at $10, it ditches the artisan feta and opts for a simple and hearty iteration of fresh avocado and Vegemite on some hearty toast.
According to ABC News, more Melbourne cafes are getting in on the trend too, offering up dishes titled ‘The Baby Boomer’, ‘Avonomics’ and the ‘Corn-tract of Sale’ that comes complete with a side of corn salsa.
