Scoresby has long been denied a culinary scene, but now Stanley Burgers is open to help remind locals their taste buds still exist and that burgers are, in fact, the superior food choice for all.
Each individual burger offering is an ode to a famous beach around the world, so you can take a bite of Japan with their vegan Miyakojima Burger or take a trip to Italy with the delicious buttermilk fried chicken Amalfi Burger. If you want to go straight for the crème de la crème of beaches, get ready for the Stanley Burger. Beef, buttermilk fried chicken, American cheddar cheese, lettuce, aioli, sriracha bacon, onion rings and Stanley’s secret injection of house sauce. Finally, if you’re feeling particularly adventurous, pick a mac and cheese pattie from the extras list and close the deal with a loaded chocolate sauce and Tim Tam shake.
The venue is adorned in beachy tones and textures, reminiscent of owner Farid Masoud’s hometown of Alexandria, and was designed by Trish Khoury of Grace Interior Design. If you’re a local or a passerby in deep need of a taste bud rejuvenation, Stanley Burgers is the place to be.
