Hello! I’m Emilee South and I sing and play guitar. Sometimes I have a band of legends on stage with me, too.

Who or what do you think the highlight of the Darebin Music Feast will be this year?
There are so many amazing artists playing at the Feast, I couldn’t possibly pick just one highlight. Ruby Boots, Archer, Skyscraper Stan, The Davidson Brothers, Mojo Juju, Cherrywood – the whole thing is going to be a real treat.
Why is the Darebin Music Feast an important community celebration?
It’s like a giant music party. What could be a better (or more important) reason for the community to get together than for a boogie?
If you had to give us one reason to catch your set at the festival, what would that be?
Oh, gosh. Maybe I’ll ask the handsome gentlemen in my band to suit up for the occasion.
