Produced by internationally acclaimed producer Guus Hoevenaars – whose work spans such acts as the Scissor Sisters and The Pierces – new indie-folk single If I Die is a culmination and representation of the many influences that effect Vogl’s work, including (but not limited to) Bob Dylan, Hunters and Collectors and Mumford and Sons.
Having worked under various musical endeavours since early 2010, Vogl has earned a reputation for well-crafted artistry. Vogl landed the opening slot at The Hills Are Alive Festival earlier this year and won The Push’s 2017 Music Industry Pathways Mentoring Program. The songwriter has accumulated a wide variety of songwriting and performance technique while being mentored by some huge names in Australian music, such as Ainslie Wills, Darren Middleton, Jen Cloher and more.
