As the title suggests, Borrowed Tunes, takes 13 well known tracks from a diverse range of artists, adding to her 10 years of country ballads, southern rock and highway-cruising tunes. On the latest release, Steel along with collaborator and guitarist Mike Anderson have borrowed songs from Patsy Cline, Iggy & the Stooges and The Black Keys to name a few and made them their own.
