Notably, Lake choreographed the stark movements of Missy Higgin’s Unashamed Desire video clip last year and was commissioned by the Sydney Dance Company, last year, to produce and create Dream Lucid for Contemporary Women, Spring Dance Festival. AORTA will be different to Lake’s other compositions. It will be a dance that turns the body inside out, exploring the time limits within our bodies and the metronomic nature of our heart.
