With his musical sensibilities encompassing progressive bluegrass, classical, rock and jazz, Thile’s can not be contained to only one genre. The musician released Bach: Sonatas & Paritas Vol. 1 back in August and won a Grammy for his work on The Great Roadeo Sessions, which saw him collaborate with the likes of Yo-Yo Ma, Edgar Meyer and Stuart Duncan.
