Charlie Hanrahan

Enjoy a lineup full of hip-hop, afrobeats, R&B, neo-soul, and funk. Hosting tonights line up, Charlie Hanrahan. Charlie hasn’t made a name for himself across the industry. He hasn’t made an impact on the scene. He has no accolades and no reputation of his own. He has no releases and no presence. No. This is Charlie’s debut show and first landmark. Charlie does have a true passion and drive like no other. For real. Performing with no alias, Charlie is keeping it raw leaving every emotion on stage with a sense of vulnerability. Charlie Hanrahan aspires.

This show marks the beginning of something special. His music takes flavours from the likes of Little Simz, Goldlink, Kendrick, Obongjayar, IDK, and more. Come join Charlie alongside Robert Baxter and Squid The Kid as we embark on a night of emotion and rhythm.
Robert Baxter is a performing artist based in Naarm. They have been writing and producing confessional pop songs since they were 16. Robert recently released the new single ‘Twenty Something’ which was well received, featuring on FBi Radio and SYN’s The Hoist, and now is turning their online presence into a unique live music experience. They want to create feelings of nostalgia but rewritten, to feature the beauty of queer and POC people.

If you are into Anderson. Paak, Mac Miller or Tyler the Creator, look no further than the 24 year old hp-hop and R&B phenom Squid The Kid, who is quickly solidifying his name as one of South East Melbourne’s hottest artist in the game. Hailing from the South East’s infamous suburb Hampton Park, the humble musician rips through funky beats with sick flows – reeling listeners in with a unique sound that keeps hands bobbing and melodies flowing.
