Visit their regional pop-up gin tasting as part of Heathcote on Show from June 11 until June 13. Featuring artesian winemakers, chefs, brewers and musicians across 30 different locations in Heathcote, this rural festival will bring the Victorian Goldfields to life. Coinciding with World Gin Day, an international celebration of all things gin that takes place on June 11, Envy Distilling has a pop-up cellar door at the festival.

Try some of their prominent gins: their Sea & Stars gin was inspired by their neighbours, who grew the most amazing citrus, herbs and spice.
