Running every Thursday at Agostino, the gang at Hope St Radio are curating the list of DJs. The lineup features a list of prime Melbourne DJs playing including Sophie McAlister, Pjenne, Katie Pearson, Colette and David Boyd Smiley, who will be spinning a mix of disco, funk and experimental soul on vinyl. Except for the last Thursday of the month, where instead, they’ll have a live contemporary jazz trio in the bluestone cellar.

Indulge in the menu of favourites curated by executive chef Matteo Toffano including oysters, fried eggplant parmigiana, burrata and peppers, prosciutto with persimmon, calamari fritti and more.

You can also get their house made pastas, the variety of which includes vodka and tomato paccheri, tagliolini nero with Moreton Bay bug and bottarga, spinach and ricotta tortelli, bigoli with duck ragu, and tagliatelle alla gricia. To drink, there’s a strong focus on Italian wines, the speciality of Agostino. Alongside the wines by the glass, you can also expect Martinis, Negronis and spritzes.
