The position reports to the Artistic Director and duties include providing MTC with casting advice; negotiating actor, director and designer contracts; and providing artist support, particularly for actors.
The role requires proven negotiating skills, a thorough understanding of artist and agent requirements, a creative mind, a supportive and generous attitude, and a sharp eye for new and interesting theatre artists.
