Frequently cited as one of the main influences that techno has seen, as well as being one of the most adventurous and experimental artists out there, his record label Planet E Communications has been home to not only his own expansive discography but that of luminaries like Moodymann, Kevin Saunderson and Alton Miller.
He’s backed by Aeroplane – the alias of Brussels’ disco-fiend Vito DeLuca, whose dazzling debut album We Can’t Fly from 2010 made frequent appearances on critics’ best-of lists with its mix of soulful disco and eighties electronica, and a keen instinct for compelling songwriting.
