Since 2008 the Otologic lads, Tornado Wallace and a host of guests have been soundtracking a finely tuned mix of house and techno once a month (although it was once a weekly party) in one of Melbourne’s favourite grime dungeons, the Mercat Basement, to create a late-night smoke-machine-filled nonsensical-themed institution like few others.
This Saturday night will see Otologic and Tornado Wallace go back-to-back all night long, from 10pm until well, well after dawn. Expect to hear that kookaburra banger that you heard at 5am at Golden Plains.
