Grace Shaw, the creative force behind Mallrat, will transform the Enmore Theatre, Fortitude Music Hall and The Forum into showcases of her new material across three consecutive nights. The run kicks off at Sydney’s Enmore on April 3, before hitting Brisbane on April 4 and wrapping up at Melbourne’s Forum on April 5.

The new record marks a bold artistic evolution for Shaw, who has racked up over half a billion career streams since her 2016 debut. Her latest work draws inspiration from Australian suburban life, weaving together dance floor beats with heartfelt moments across 12 tracks.

“I love the idea you can let your fate be decided by rays of light,” Shaw says of the album’s themes, which explore human connection through a lens where light becomes divine intervention rather than mere physics.

Support comes from an expertly curated lineup featuring daine, Denim and Prophecy Girl, promising a showcase of emerging talent alongside Mallrat’s headline set. Fans can expect to hear triple j favourites Hocus Pocus and Ray of Light, alongside the moving Horses and latest single Pavement.

The announcement follows a meteoric rise that’s seen Shaw share stages with Post Malone, Maggie Rogers and King Princess, while collaborating with artists including Azealia Banks and The Chainsmokers. Her trajectory has included appearances at major festivals like Reading and Leeds, multiple triple j Hottest 100 entries and critical acclaim from Pitchfork to The Guardian.
