Gippsland’s Here, There and Everywhere Theatre Co. are bringing Bogan Shakespeare to this year’s Melbourne Fringe Festival.
The live stage performance sees a clashing of worlds when Shakespearian actors meet Aussies who have no interest in, or understanding of, the British playwright.
References to Shakespeare’s works are mixed in with bogan jokes, poking a bit of fun at the poet and making his material more approachable.
