Burger maestros Huxtaburger kicked off the Kitchen In Residence late last year, now it’s Bluebonnet’s turn. They will be serving up their mouth-watering take on Texan style BBQ, while The Curtin will be pairing the menu with their spankin’ new range of winter beers, a fresh wine list and an impressive selection of single-malt whiskeys.
Kitchen In Residence Round 3 will then happen again in four to six months time.
