Beyond The Valley is set to bring some of the biggest names from their New Year's festival lineup to audiences across Australia and New Zealand, with a series of summer sideshows announced for January.
This extension of the festival experience will allow fans another chance to see artists like Billie Marten, Fish56Octagon, Ghetts, Marlon Hoffstadt, and Sugababes perform live.
With Beyond The Valley’s ninth edition nearly sold out—over 85% of tickets are already gone—the sideshows offer an alternative for those who can’t make it to the main event at Barunah Plains from December 28 to January 1. Here’s a closer look at what fans can expect from the individual acts:
Billie Marten

British singer-songwriter Billie Marten, known for her emotive, acoustic folk sound, will make her debut in the Australasian region with performances in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland. Marten has built a strong following with her albums Writing of Blues and Yellows, Feeding Seahorses by Hand, Flora Fauna, and her latest, Drop Cherries. Her newest single, Crown, has already become a fan favourite.
Fish56Octagon

Melbourne fans of electronic music will be treated to an exclusive show by viral sensation Fish56Octagon. Known for his unique approach to mixing classic dance hits with mainstream anthems, the DJ has attracted a massive following on social media. With recent performances at major festivals like Parklife and Creamfields, Fish56Octagon’s one-off Melbourne performance promises a special, high-energy experience.

East London rapper Ghetts will make his mark with shows in Sydney, Melbourne, and New Zealand. Known for his sharp lyricism and wit, Ghetts has been a defining voice in grime music. His latest album, On Purpose, With Purpose, has cemented his status as a major force in the UK rap scene.

Marlon Hoffstadt will perform in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, while Sugababes will headline shows in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
