Now in its’ 6th year, the Best Of Both Sides Festival is a free, week-long cross-city party hosted by Lucky Coq and Bimbo Deluxe.

Along with the sister venues’ everyday undertakings (DJs, $4 pizzas, comfort, good times) this year the festival is once again jam-packed with a lineup of the very best in electronic culture, visual entertainment, booze and home-grown musical talent, with over 35 musical acts playing everything from house to hip hop, rock to reggae, garage to electro and almost everything in between.

With 14 parties taking place over seven days, two venues and three stages, this year they will be hosted by the likes of Chameleon Recordings, Melbourne Techno Collective, Scattermusic Records and Suck Music, to name but a few.

Wicked sponsors will be offering promotions to pimp the party – from heavily discounted rides to the venues from Uber, free tattoos and barber services from Sailor Jerry’s and paella for all from the Robert Burns Hotel. BOBS’ delicious liquid sponsors also include Hills Cider, Ketel One, 4 Pines, Stone & Wood, Colonial Brewing Co. and Mountain Goat.
