The kitchen will play host to a cook-off between old school and contemporary dishes, all with the humble chook as the hero ingredient. Using all parts of the bird, De Pieri will be plating Italian favourites from yesteryear while the Belleville team will be serving Asian themed crossovers. Mildura Brewery will be taking over the taps while offering a beer matched menu before the evening caps off with two slow roasted birds cooked on the in house rotisserie.
