Blank Puzzle

Maybe it’s just me coming from a family that’s super keen on puzzles, but I think this is an amazing gift idea for that family member that loves solving puzzles. It’s an even better present for someone who doesn’t back down from a challenge.

Bogeyman Egg Separator

This one’s been floating around Facebook and it looks amazing. It’s a great gift idea for someone who cooks and it’s one hilarious way to separate your egg whites and egg yolks.

Custom Printed Doona Cover

Last year, for his birthday one of my friends gave their brother a new doona cover, custom designed to be covered in all his favourite childhood cartoon characters. This is a great way to personalise a gift. You can choose to use a photo that will mean a lot to your family member, or a picture or design you know they’ll love.

Available from Bags of Love and Deny Designs

Waterparks

Splashland is the perfect pop up water park for Melbourne families. Transforming Caulfield’s racecourse, the water park is open until Wednesday January 24. Tickets for this park is a great Christmas present the kids can look forward to using early in January when the heat becomes unbearable.

Passes available from Splashland

For bigger kids or the whole family, day trips to either Funfields or Adventure Park are a great Christmas gift. Funfields is located north of the city in Whittlesea, and the Adventure Park, Victoria’s biggest water park is in Geelong.

The volunteer run event welcomes fans of all ages to explore their fantastic creations. Let your inner AFOL out (Adult Fan of Lego).
