The battle will play out over two separate sessions, with three rounds themed “bay, bones and beast.”
If that’s not enough to get your mouth watering, the ‘bones” portion of the battle will include Hellenic Republic’s 18-hour beef short rib against Newmarket Hotel’s peach wood smoked St Louis pork rib.
After each round, diners will vote for their favourite dish. The prize? The coveted BBQ Throwdown Trophy.
