Since forming in 2010, Babymetal have carved out their own lane by fusing heavy metal with Japanese idol pop, racking up five studio albums and collaborations with Tom Morello, Electric Callboy and Spiritbox along the way.

Their fifth record Metal Forth dropped in 2025, making them the first all-Japanese act to crack the top 10 of the Billboard 200. The album features Bloodywood on Kon! Kon!, setting up what should be a killer live pairing.

Bloodywood bring their own brand of chaos to the bill, mixing guttural metal with Indian folk elements, hip hop and lyrics sung in Hindi, Punjabi and English. The Delhi outfit became India’s first metal act to chart on Billboard and recently released Nu Delhi, which includes a collaboration with Babymetal on the track Bekhauf. They’ve sold out tours across Europe and played festivals like Hellfest and Download, but 2026 marks their first proper Australian run.

Presale tickets drop 11 November at 10am local time, with general tickets following on 13 November at 10am.
