Awaken is the Peninsula Hot Springs’ new two-day music, arts, yoga and wellness festival

The first festival of its kind in Australia, Awaken Festival features some of the biggest names in music, yoga and wellness, amid pristine nature and natural hot springs.

Set amid the picturesque setting of Peninsula Hot Springs, one of Victoria’s most beloved vacay spots, Awaken Festival is a new rest, relaxation and spiritual paradise.

Running across two days, from April 2-3 2022, the Awaken Festival will transform the Springs into an immersive hub of live music, visual artists, yoga teachers, indigenous wisdom keepers, wellness experts and much more.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around Melbourne here.

Designed as an immersive experience, attendees will be treated to a festival experience like no other; from immaculately designed gardens, walkways and entertainment areas, to the deep relaxation of geothermal mineral pools, saunas, steam rooms and wellness zones.

The festival will be the first gathering of its kind in Australia, uniting conscious music and art with the deeply rejuvenating experience of the award-winning Hot Springs, located just an hour’s drive out of Melbourne.

On the music front, the lineup of conscious musicians includes Mama Kin Spender, Garrett Kato, Kyle Lionhart, Budjerah, Didirri, Carmella Baynie and more, while nationally renowned yoga teachers will include Kate Kendall, Tahl Rinsky, Simon Borg-Olivier, William Wong, and Gwyn Williams, just to name a few.

A unique highlight of the festival will be exclusive live-streamed appearances by internationally recognised presenters who can’t appear in person. These include best-selling author Dr Bruce Lipton, devotional musicians Deva Premal and Miten and well-known yoga teachers Shiva Rea and Kia Miller.

Other festival highlights guests can enjoy are Aboriginal wisdom teachings, workshops, wellness and massage zones, sound healing, earth skills, farm-to-table dinners and much more.

Bridging a unique natural setting, an ethos of sustainability and wellness activities with an intimate capacity of just 2000 tickets, this festival is a must-attend to keep you feeling cool, calm and collected all throughout the rest of 2022.

You can get your pre-sale tickets online now, with options for either a day or weekend ticket available. Tickets include all classes and concerts, as well as access to the mineral springs.  Accommodation and camping are not included in your ticket. However, Peninsula Hot Springs has beautifully appointed glamping tents available for hire if you feel like the ultimate treat.
