Returning from hiatus with a dreamy, understated bang, rightfully well-loved tunesmiths Augie March wrap their melodic ear around lush folk tones on After the Crack Up. It’s a dream, a breeze, maybe lacking the substance of their pre-hiatus gold, but the cheesy singalong moments somehow work. It’s good to have them back.
