ILBIJERRI tours its work to national, regional and remote locations across Australia and the world. The Associate Director works closely with the Artistic Director and General Manager in the development and delivery of the creative work of the company, a large-scale program of presentation, touring and artist development.
ILBIJERRI is seeking a creative, experienced and dynamic Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Theatre Director for the position of Associate Director.
Salary: $48,000 – $55,000 pa, pro rata (dependent on experience) plus super
Hours: From 0.6 FTE to FT dependent on candidate’s existing 2013 commitments
Terms: 12-month contract with 3-month probation period
