We are now on the search for experienced retailer to join our busy Bourke Street Concession area as Assistant Manager/Manager in training.
You will be responsible for:
– Representing Industrie Clothing and its brand
– LAssisting the Manager in leading and motivating team
– Maximising all sales opportunities
– Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
– Delivering high levels of customer service
– Reaching or exceeding company KPI benchmarks
– Analysis of stock and stock processing procedures
– Minimise shrinkage, loss prevention and security.
– Merchandise and product placement
– Cash handling, administrative accuracy and computer skills.
Applicants should posses the following qualities:
– Are a true retailer and understand the importance of exceptional customer service, with the ability to build a VIP clientele to grow sales.
– Are a strong leader and genuinely want to lead, motivate and develop your team.
– Have previous fashion management experience.
– Excellent time mastery and organisational skills to balance operational and sales workload.
– Encompass a strong sense of fashion that sits inline with the Industrie brand
– The skills to analyse stock and sales to enable you to merchandise your store to maximise and grow sales potential.
– Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
