The upper terrace of Hamer Hall will be reinvented as Bar Blanc for the next two months, with green grass, a white palate and views of the city skyline. A new Italian restaurant – Teatro – has also opened up on the Southbank river walk, featuring pizzas, tapas and a bar. With the new redevelopments, the Tram Bar has been removed from the forecourt to create more space and cater to growing crowds.
