The self-proclaimed most dangerous band in Melbourne - The Counterfeiters - are playing classic spaghetti western soundtracks at Brunswick Ballroom next month.

The band describe their act as gunslingers, bandidos, outlaws and the Wild West – they had us at gunslingers.

It’s a tribute to the incredible Italian composer, orchestrator, conductor, and trumpeter Ennio Morricone that spans the length and breadth of the spaghetti western genre that resulted in so many of the greatest films and soundtracks of all time.
