From October 19 until 23, Federation Square will be transformed kicking off with a fashion extravaganza.
Couture in the Courtyard will showcase fashion juggernauts from around the world including the likes of JASONGRECH, Ka’llure, Rachel Gilbert and Micky In The Van. Snake through a fashion maze and get a taste of the budding spring trends.
On Friday October 20, an Italian culinary experience like no other will come to the Paddock featuring Australia’s leading chefs and patissiers. International seafood extraordinaire Pete Hilcke and award-winning cake maker Shan Weerasiri of Cake Bytes will lead an intimate masterclass where everything’s hands on.
A Gin & Vodka Festival arrives on the Saturday, with artisan and commercial gin-lovers to be treated to the best drops from around the country. DJs will be soundtracking the occasion, featuring Chloe Wilson, Piero Giovannini, Mark Pelligrino and Australia’s leading female R&B turntabler, DJ AK.
Champagne, prosecco and sparkling will combine for a huge event on the Sunday while a seven-course beer and pizza degustation will cap off the festivities on the Monday. Melbourne’s leading pizza chefs will go slice for slice, recommending a beer for each. There’ll be live music too, courtesy of Bella Ciao and Francesco Misitano.
