Ex-Der Raum barman James Tait has teamed up with legendary restaurateur Peter Bartholomew (the face behind Rosa’s Kitchen and Canteen, Lee Ho Fook and MoVida) to bring the gin behemoth to Melbourne. Tait has been collecting limited-edition gins for the past 12 months, and Gin Lane will feature 400 varieties of gin, as well as 20 beers alongside a strong wine offering. The venue will seat 100 thirsty punters both indoors and on an open-air terrace.
