Wanna be the very best? Head to ‘Super Effective!’ at Federation Square this weekend.

Taking place at The Edge, Sinister Creative is presenting a showcase of the musical hits across all eight generations of Pokemon. It all goes down this weekend, Saturday October 29, across two sessions; one at 2pm and one at 7pm.

Revel in the history and experience the nostalgia of one of Nintendo’s most beloved properties across your favourite mainline Pokemon games performed by an orchestral rock ensemble. From a medley of beginning routes to the Champion’s Reign, it is set to be a super effective performance.

Super Effective! features the iconic music composed by Junichi Masuda, Go Ichinose, Minako Adachi, Hitomi Sato, Shota Kageyama, and Takuto Kisuta and arrangements by Cameron Lam, Danna Yun, Annie Pirotta, Zorsy, Starling Tan, Winged Souls, and PitTan.

It’s presented by Sinister Creative, who are a Melbourne-based music company that specialise in video game music events across our city. Decocted to presenting the art form that is video game music, they are a team of six musicians that are united by their love for video game music.
