They’ll be showcasing some of the many local Australian cider brands, like Bertie Apple Cider, Hills Cider, Apple Thief, Custard & Co, and Treehouse.
Taps will be flowing all day, and customers will have the opportunity to learn how each brewer concocts their delicious and unique cider flavours. The cider market is also the first of a series of events to be held at Cookie restaurant.
