Back to back cheese cooking demonstrations will be MCed by Alice Zaslavsky and feature top quality chefs including Tobie Puttock, Paul Wilson, Dani Valent, Giorgio from That’s Amore, Anthony Femia from Maker & Monger and 48H Gnocchi bar.
