Otologic and Andee Frost are no strangers to throwing a good party. The forces behind revered Melbourne dance party Animals Dancing, they’ve now kicked it up another notch with the announcement of their new festival — Bears Gone Bush.

Going down on Our Friends Farm, Tallarook (the home of Boogie Festival and New Year’s Evie) the first instalment of the festival features an internationally curated lineup.

Expect sets from Canada’s Pender Street Steppers, Netherlands’ Interstellar Funk, and Japan’s Powder. That’s just a small taste of a program that’s set to expand as the festival draws closer.

If you’re looking to escape the city for Grand Final Weekend with a picturesque festival helmed with first-class electronic music, look no further.
