The 2011 instalment of the iconic rock festival is set to be the biggest yet.
As if the 2011 instalment of Soundwave wasn’t big enough already, they’ve just released a monstrous 2nd announcement.
Joining the headliners Iron Maiden and Queens Of The Stone Age will be One Day As A Lion, the collaboration between the front man of Rage Against The Machine Zack de la Rocha and Jon Theodore, the former drummer for The Mars Volta.
For the metal and hardcore fans, the festival have announced appearances for all shows by Bullet For My Valentine, Bring Me The Horizon, The Murderdolls, Dimmu Borgir, Coheed and Cambria and the Amity Affliction.
As if that wasn’t enough, punk rock gods Millencolin will be playing their seminal album Pennybridge Pioneers and a handful of other worldwide hits.
Rounding out the announcement is Silverstein, Fucked Up, Feeder, H20, Saxon, The Rocket Summer and We The Kings. With such a ridiculous line up it’s fair to say welcome to clash central this summer.
