Download Festival will return bigger and better in 2019, following on from their Australian debut last week.
“We could not be happier with how Download rolled out in 2018,” said Download Festival programmer Nigel Melder. “The warmth and support from the heavy music community was unprecedented. From fans to industry and media the love has been out of this world.”
For its Melbourne debut, Download Festival brought Limp Bizkit, KoRN, Prophets of Rage, Northlane, and more to Flemington Racecourse. Over 30,000 heavy music enthusiasts got in on the action.
