Ziggy Alberts is bringing Twin Flames to five Victorian stops in 2027

Words by staff writer

Pack the car and the kids: Ziggy Alberts is taking Twin Flames on a 16-date regional tour in 2027.

Twin Flames is the latest album from Ziggy Alberts, and it’s already racked up more than four million streams and reached number six on the ARIA Australian Albums chart. Expect the new songs to sit alongside older favourites like Laps Around The Sun and Days In The Sun when the tour rolls through March and April.

Most of the run is all ages, with the shows in Toowoomba and Frankston the only 18+ nights. Hotel Brunswick in Brunswick Heads, on the NSW north coast, is hosting its first ever all ages event for the occasion. Teenagers and families can get through the door at 14 of the 16 gigs.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around Melbourne here.

Victoria gets the tail end of the tour. Her Majesty’s Theatre in Ballarat is up first on 9 April, then Pier Bandroom in Frankston on 10 April and The Cube in Wodonga on 11 April. Frankston is as close as the tour gets to Melbourne. After four nights off, Alberts heads down the Great Ocean Road to Lorne Theatre on 16 April, and he wraps the whole thing up at the Oak and Anchor Hotel in Port Fairy on 17 April.

It’s a familiar trip. Alberts toured regional Australia in 2025 behind his album New Love and played several of the same rooms, including The Cube, Bar on the Hill, Anita’s Theatre and the Oak and Anchor Hotel. He first made his name busking in Byron Bay and has since sold out London’s Royal Albert Hall, with more than 100,000 people catching him live in 2025. His trophy cabinet holds 10 Platinum singles, two Gold albums and three APRA Music Awards for Most Performed Blues and Roots Work, and Laps Around The Sun has gone Triple Platinum.

Artist pre-sale opens at 9am local time on 9 November and closes at 9am local time on 11 November, when general sale begins. All tickets are going through ziggyalberts.com.
