South London vocalist Greentea Peng returns to Australia in November for a run of shows across six cities.
Greentea Peng folds reggae, dub and soul into something woozy and warm, her honeyed vocals sitting over reverb-heavy production.
Her 2021 debut album Man Made was recorded at 432 hertz, a semitone below the 440-hertz tuning most of the industry runs on, a pitch some listeners reckon feels calmer and more grounding.

Her latest record, Tell Dem It’s Sunny, arrived in March 2025 and digs into self-inquiry and lived experience, moving through hip-hop, jazz, neo-soul, trip-hop and drum and bass. One track, Create or Destroy 432, points straight back to that tuning fixation, while My Neck pairs her with fellow South Londoner Wu-Lu.
She first turned heads with a 2019 COLORS session of Downers that pulled in millions of views, then made her television debut on the BBC’s Later… with Jools Holland. Australian crowds caught her for the first time in February 2024, and this run lands around her set at Strawberry Fields, staged 20 to 22 November. The shows are presented by Astral People and Handsome Tours.
Melbourne gets a single date at the Forum, the 1929 heritage room on Flinders Street with its star-flecked ceiling. Presale opens from 3 August at 10am local time, with general tickets on sale from 4 August, also 10am local.
